Q) How do you clean the gutters?
A) We usually clean them from the ground using our gutter vacuum. We use long hollow poles with an end attachment to reach over the gutters. The powerful vacuum then sucks out all the moss, leaves, sludge and the like from your gutters.

Q) My gutters have grass and weeds growing out of them – will your equipment be able to sort it out?
A) Ah yes, we do like a challenge. Actually, it's not a problem at all. The matching of the vacuums power, along with our technique and know-how, of course, is a mighty combination.

Q) How do you know that you've left the gutter clear?
A) It's usually very clear to us when sucking the debris out of the gutter if it's clear or not. We will always follow up with a camera inspection just to make sure before we pack everything away.

Q) Do you check the downpipes, running outlets and hoppers too?
A) All of these components are integral to the efficient working of your guttering system. We will check them all and ensure they are allowing rainwater to run through them freely. If there is a blockage, we may need to disconnect some of these in order to clear it. In this case, the only systems we cannot guarantee to unblock are that are made of cast iron. These cannot usually be dismantled with the tools that we carry and would need a builder or other competent tradesperson to do so.

Q) Can you unblock my drain too?
A) This depends how deep the blockage is and only if it is rainwater drain. If the blockage is accessable by hand and just below the downpipe running in to it then we will certainly give it go. However, as we do not specialise in this area, if you suspect a blocked drain you would need to call in an appropriate firm to investigate this further.
