Q) Will you clean my gutters along with the soffit and fascias?
A) We will always clean the outside of your gutters (the underside) when you choose our soffit and fascia cleaning service, but the cleaning/clearing of the inside of the gutters is another service of ours completely. Of course, you can request to have both services done together. In fact, this is a good option if your gutters do indeed need cleaning as well as you'll be able to take advantage of a discount.

Q) Will you clean any of the other plastics on my home?
A) Generally any uPVC areas that make up the soffits, fascias and gutters are cleaned, including any that are on the gable end of your house. Large areas that may include cladding and overhangs etc will require a seperate quotation from us before these are done.

Do I need my soffit and fascias cleaned?

So you can't decide if need your soffit and fascias cleaned? That's a decision only you can make – but maybe we can just point out these five things that might help you to make a decision:

1. Do they look dirty and does it bother you? Perhaps compare your fascias to your neighbour's. Are yours a lot more dirty than theirs?
2. How long ago were they last cleaned? If they are particularly dirty there is a chance that they may end up perminantly marked from staining.
3. Do you gutters need clearing out? If so, you should consider having your soffit and fascias washed at the same time as having your guttered cleaned – this will save you money if you book these two jobs in together.
4. Not a fan of spiders? Cleaning your fascias will remove a lot of spider webs, their nests and even the spiders themselves, for a little while anyway. The key is to keep on top of it.
5. If you're asking us: We recommend a clean about once a year. Then again, you might need it sooner or you might be able to get away with it every couple of years.
