Q) Do you clean the window frames and sills?
A) Yes, we clean all the window frames and sills on every visit.

Q) Do you dry the windows after cleaning them?
A) Most of the windows that we clean externally are cleaned using pure water. Once we have brushed and rinsed the dirt off the window, only clean pure water remains which dries naturally to streak-free finish.

Q) How often will you come to clean my windows?
A) Most of our clients have their windows cleaned every 4 weeks but some opt for 8-weekly. If you live close to the sea or by a busy road, for example, your windows will likely get dirtier faster.

Q) Do you clean windows all through the year?
A) We sure do. Windows get dirty all through the year and so we clean them whatever the season.

Q) Can you clean my inside windows too?
A) Of course! Having your windows cleaned inside by a professional is definitely worth it. It will compliment the exterior window clean making the glass look as though it isn't there!

Q) My gate is usually locked – how will I know what day you're coming?
A) In this case we will send you a text message the evening before the day of your window clean. We will kindly ask you to leave your gate unlocked for us if you'll be out and won't be around to let us in.

Q) Will I be tied into a contract?
A) Not at all! You are free to cancel the window cleaning service whenever you need. Although there is no signed contract for domestic customers, you will need to accept our terms of service.

Q) Can I skip a clean?
A) We understand that there will be times when you'll genuinely need to skip a clean, and this isn't a problem. However, please understand that a continuous arrangement is assumed when we add you to our list, so please give us as much notice as possible if you need to skip a clean. Unfortunately we won't be able to keep you on our regular list if we feel that the number of skips in a year is higher than average. We do our best to get to all of our customers on time and to be regular for them throughout the year, so we ask our customers to also be reliable and regular for us. After all, we want to provide the best window cleaning service possible for you all.

Q) How do I pay you?
A) When we've been to clean your windows we'll leave bill through your door. The methods of payment at this point are either for a BACS payment to be made or for a cheque to be sent to us. If you're home when we visit you can alternatively pay with cash or by debit/credit card. Payment should be made within 7 days of having your windows cleaned.

Q) Will you clean the doors too?
A) Yes. We will clean the normal doors to your home on each visit. If you have a problem with a 'leaky' door however, we may have to clean it the traditional way to prevent water ingress. Let us know if this is the case. Garage doors are an additional charge however and are not usually cleaned on each visit, unless we have agreed this arrangement with you of course.

Q) Do you still clean windows when it's raining?
A) We can usually still work if the rain isn't too heavy. If it's a showery day we might be out and about dodging the showers where possible! It shouldn't make a difference to the results of the window clean either; after all rainwater is quite pure.

Q) Do you need access to water?
